At the moment, it's widely believed that that monster is Anguirus, thanks to the creature's spiky shell. However, the quick glimpse at the monster in the latest TV spot may suggest otherwise. It may be some time before that Titan's identity is revealed to the general public, but in the meantime, at least fans now know that there are at least 67 Monarch outposts. Before, the highest number that was revealed was 61, which is the outpost for Mothra's in the Yunnan Rainforest in China.
